Make sure everyone has access to the latest version of your rescue plan. Sharing is possible directly with one button, and you can add, edit and remove the rights to read and edit your rescue plan anytime.

Furthermore each rescue plan is specified to individual web link if you want to share it without user accounts. When you insert the link to your Intranet, all the stakeholders have access to the latest version of your rescue plan.

Read your rescue plan anytime anywhere. To make people truly learn and internalize safety instruction, the information needs to be accessible everywhere.

Pelsu mobile user interface is so easy and intuitive to use that there’s no need for manuals or training.

Printing
Not all of us have online access all the time. That’s why it is usually good to have one copy of the safety guide printed to a place where everyone can find it.

Each Pelsu consists of several printable pdf documents. In addition to the complete rescue plan, you can choose to print the ten-page long action guide, a safety quick guide a few pages long, and one-page entrance instructions.

Action guide
The most important piece of information is what to do when something happens. In Pelsu the action guide is divided into easily understandable shortcuts.

Depending on site type and the risks specific to the site, the instructions and buttons may vary greatly. However, usability is always equally effortless for all parties involved.

Edit and mass edit
Whether you manage one or a thousand rescue plans, the editing is easy. When you add or replace a contact person or a tenant in edit feature, it will affect all the spots in the rescue plan where that information is required.

The editing can be made on a very detailed level from fire safety equipment to building specific information. Mass edit feature helps to do changes that affects all the rescue plans you need to manage.

Sign offs
A great way to show that people have internalized the safety information is to have them sign off the rescue plan after reading it. This works especially well when initiating a new employee or tenant.

All signs off can be seen by admins under sign off feature.

Attachments
You can add as many attachments to your rescue plan as you like. Certain attachments, such as safety drawings and floor images, can be made available for everyone to see and added directly to printouts. However, some attachments, such as crisis communication instructions, should only be made available to administrators.

You can also add attachments to several rescue plans at the same time with mass-adding feature.

User Support
Pelsu has expert support for both its use and safety-related issues. This will make things even easier and provide even more security information.

Even though safety and security are topics we don’t want to face every day, many of us have unanswered questions related to them. All the questions can be asked through Support feature in each rescue plan.

Reminders and notifications
Pelsu reminds you to update the frequently changing content of the plans. In the settings, you can define whether you would like reminders sent to your e-mail address.

Language choices
Pelsu is available on four languages: Finnish, Swedish, English and Russian. Standard version includes either Finnish or English but with additional cost, you can have multiple languages.
