Emergency exit hatches on balconies

Rakennuksen päädyissä sijaitsevissa parvekkeissa on hätäpoistumisluukut (molemmissa päädyissä).

How to use the emergency exit hatch

1. Remove a mat on the balcony, as it covers the emergency exit hatch
2. Open the upper hatch on the balcony
3. Break the red seal and turn the handle 90 degrees counter-clockwise. This will open the hatch underneath.
4. Press down the yellow fire slab under the ladder.
5. Check that nobody is under the ladder. Lift and release the ladder and let it extend down.
