Action guide

Disconnect power from where the leak is and from its proximity.
Stop the water from flowing, from i.e. the water mains, if possible.
Notify of the situation immediately:
- to the maintenance personnel: Tapiolan Lämpö Oy, service 0207505300
- to the housing manager: Sonja Kainulainen, tel. 0935445000
Contact the emergency number if needed 112.
Main water shutoff: A-talon lämmönjakohuone.
Heat distribution room: A-talo, sisäpiha, huoltokäytävän päädyssä tekninen tila.
Electricity switchboard: A-talo sispiha, pesulan vasemmalla puolella sähköteknien tila. Pienemmät keskukset: F-talo, asunnon 43 vasemmalla puolella. G-talo, asunnon 51 vasemmalla puolella. H-talo, asunnon 58 oikealla puolella. D-talo, asunnon 27 oikealla puolella. C-talo, asunnon 19 oikealla puolella. B-talo, asunnon 10 vasemmalla puolella.

Should there be threat of water outside the building

Find out what is causing the water threat.
If there is a leak, try to block it.
Try to prevent the water from getting into the building.
- by baggings
- by using plastic covers
- by directing the water away from the building
Call for additional help if needed.
